From empty warehouse
to digital business
With over 150 years’ experience in the travel industry, our client had mastered the art of delivering spectacular vacations for their customers.
But their long-established business model of selling travel packages by phone and brochure was being disrupted by tech-native firms, and the younger generation had begun booking travel from fully online competitors.
With no digital capabilities and no value proposition for digital talent, the company needed to reinvent itself.
“This wasn’t about building online sales channels. It was about putting technology at the front of everything—transforming the business model.”
